How Can severe Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

Hello, back in January I suffered a shoulder subpluxation wrestling. I got an MRI and everything was good. I still have pain in my shoulder. I have been doing my shoulder excerises for awhile now. Ive been back to lifting for about a month, is that the reason? Please help I really want to get back to wrestling

Yes, a subluxated shoulder is always at risk of recurrence unless a joint repair is done surgically. A recurrence can occur especially on lifiting weights and overuse.
I would recommend you to see a sports injury specialist to guide you better on this.
Till then I would advice to keep shoulder exercises to a minimum and staying away from lifting.
